Nose:

Sweet biscuit and honeycomb with a bit of corn. Young but balanced with dessert Oregon Oak tannins.

Flavor:

Full bodied and low octane. Caramel corn, bread and coconut mingle nicely with a gentle touch of toasted oak.

Herbaceous with cassia and coriander, toffee, orange peel, peach, and allspice.

Flavor:

Opens with pronounced dried spices and bold peach notes. Progresses mid-palate to a unique balance of malt and cassia and toffee then finishes with warm hints of mint and toasted oak. A unique flavor experience like no other – spiced, sweet, balanced and full-bodied. Distinctly Portland.

We've sourced the best aged bourbons in the country and mellowed them in our Quercus Garryana casks to create a one-of-a-kind premium bourbon experience. 10 years in the making: reared in the South, tamed in the West.

Nose:

Bold spiced fruit bread with citrus and peppercorn. Faint aromatics of apple fruit and wood.

Flavor:

Opens with assertive oak and moves over the palate with dry floral tannins. The warmth is welcoming and lends notes of lemon peel and burnt sugar. The finish is long and dry.
