Burnside Whiskey is our love letter to our ever-changing city in the heart of the Pacific Northwest.
First a little straight-up history: Burnside Street in Portland, OR has been famous with lovers of liquor since back in the 1860s, when saloons & card rooms along “B” street drew thirsty sailors from the docks. Fast-forward a hundred-odd years and Burnside is still popular with dreamers and lost souls. As Portland was coming of age in the early 80’s, so was the spirit of a community eager to embrace fringe culture and a break from traditional beliefs.
Meet our family of Burnside expressions – meticulously blended straight bourbons and whiskeys ranging in ages and mash-bills. All kissed by glorious Oregon Oak.
